Before we get to the linkup, a weekend update from Don’t Call Me Supermom:
My family and I spent the last week traveling from Kentucky to Louisiana and back. Always looking to save a dollar, we stayed at a friend’s house- my ex-neighbor, as I like to call her (in jest). Vacationing with friends/family is the best way to travel! My friend babysat our kids while we traveled into New Orleans one day, AND we had company to visit with at night, after our kids’ early bedtime! Instead of staring at a hotel tv, we enjoyed time with friends! We also appreciated receiving firsthand, local expertise about the area we were visiting. I enjoyed trying all the local dishes and drinks I could get my hands on!
So, I apologize if I was MIA during last week’s link-up. My amazing co-hosts took over and picked up my slack, for which I’m very grateful! I did have a lot of great posts scheduled on my Don’t Call Me Supermom Facebook page while I was away, so if you missed any of those, you can check them out here.
Now, on to this week’s link-up!
